We read how your plant actually runs, from your own documents, records, system data, sample tests, interviews and the plant walk. Every element in scope is scored against written level descriptors, and every score names the evidence it rests on. The scope, and any priority your sponsor wants emphasised, is agreed in writing before we start.
Each gap is measured against a published best in class threshold, and each finding that can carry a number is valued on the evidence gathered on site, with the source of every figure. Your leadership sees what is already working, where you are losing ground, and what closing each gap is worth.
We present the findings to you in person. Every recommendation is valued and ranked on evidence in one list, each with an owner, and laid out on a 3, 6 and 12 month roadmap by the size of the effort. Quick wins sit beside the larger work, so your teams know what to start first.
Implementation planning is done in the first weeks, with owners, dates and the baseline each recommendation is measured against. We then support your team through delivery, tracking benefit every quarter so a line that slips is seen while there is still time to recover it.
Every year the whole plan is tested again against what actually happened. Stalled work is seen and acted on, the list is ranked again on the new evidence, and each year's improvement is measured on the same written standard. What it gives you.
